FAB Cleaning has served the people of South East England for almost 4 years already and although we started by only covering a few boroughs in London, we’ve grown and have become one of the go-to businesses in South East England for people that are relocating to another property. We may still be a young company without many years behind our backs, but the number of clients we’ve been able to satisfy speaks for itself.

Although many companies require a deposit to “secure” your booking with a team, that’s not what we do as we believe trust should be mutual. We take the payment in cash most of the times, after the job has been completed to the client’s satisfaction. In case of BACS transfers and card payments, we take the payments upfront, as there’s process time involved.

Q. Do you have any additional fees I should be aware of? 2018-02-12T20:52:59+00:00

The only additional fees that we could charge you with aren’t related to the service itself. The price you pay for the service is final and fixed with your booking confirmation, unless you change some of your requirements throughout the cleaning session itself. As for any other fees that may occur, these usually include parking fees and congestion charges. If you are unable to get a parking permit for our cleaning crew’s van, the parking fees must be covered in full. There’s more information on this on our terms and conditions page

Q. How can I cancel a cleaning session 2018-02-12T20:56:43+00:00

Cancelling the cleaning session is as easy as booking it, if not even easier. The only thing you need to do is call us or send us an email and you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation. If you cancel the session in less than 48 hours before the time it was scheduled to start, a 50GBP cancellation fee will be applied.

That’s one of the things that makes us stand out from the rest. We work 7 days a week, as well as on bank holidays. Our customer support staff also works 7 days a week and would gladly answer your questions via livechat, over the email or over the phone everyday of the week. We can perform a cleaning session of any sort on Saturdays and Sundays without any problems, you’ll only need to get a slot booked.

Do I have to pay extra for any congestion charges or parking fees? 2018-02-12T20:58:18+00:00

Our quoted price includes all taxes and services. The only charges that might apply on top of the price, are congestion (if the site address is in London congestion charge area) or parking fees. If you are able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners, you will not pay anything in addition.

Q. Do your cleaners speak English? Where are they from? 2018-02-12T20:58:50+00:00

This is one of those questions that we are kind of reluctant to answer, as we don’t separate our employees by nationality, race or ethnicity. The thing we point out is that all of them speak English well and you won’t have any problems communicating with them on site. Another important thing to note is that all of them are also insured and vetted to clean your property well.
